Rhythm Elements Dance Studio strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.  This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity.


Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.


If you are in the United States and think you are having a medical or health emergency, call your health care professional, or 911, immediately.


Rhythm Elements Dance Studio is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.


You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury.  If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Rhythm Elements Dance Studio and its instructors from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Rhythm Elements Dance Studio negligence.
